Wow...that is a lot of eating. I know that is true that you can eat more of the good things more often to help lose weight. It seems weird to say you need to eat to lose, but that is how you speed up the metabolism.

I haven’t been able to change my mind set about chicken for breakfast. I’ll have to work on that one.

Thanks for all the tips! They will be helpful. If ever you have any other suggestions please post them.

Ha - no reason to go that extreme and eat chicken for breakfast. Just avoid the pancakes and bagels with cream cheese.

Remember, getting into shape/losing weight is 90% food and 10% exercise!
